What are your opening hours?

How do I book a table?

It’s easy! Book online through our website, call us directly, or just walk in—we’re always happy to see you.

Can I book for large groups or private events?

Yes! We welcome groups and can reserve areas or our private event space upstairs for celebrations, business gatherings, and special occasions. Please enquire in advance for group menus and event hire.

Can I walk in without a reservation?

Absolutely! Walk-ins are always welcome, subject to availability. For weekends and busy times, we recommend booking ahead to guarantee your table.

How do I modify or cancel my booking?

You can manage your reservation via your email confirmation, or just give us a call and we’ll be happy to help.

How do you handle allergies and dietary requirements?

We take allergies seriously—please inform your server and we’ll do our best to keep your meal safe and delicious.

Is your food Halal?

Most of our dishes are Halal; please ask a team member for specific menu items.

Can you accommodate severe allergies?

We do our utmost to cater for allergies but cannot guarantee the absence of all allergens. Please speak to us in advance to discuss your needs.

Can I see a full list of allergens in your dishes before ordering?

Yes—just ask your server for our detailed allergen information guide, available for every dish. You can also contact us ahead of your visit to discuss ingredients and allergens, so you can dine with confidence.

How far in advance should I book for an event?

The sooner the better, especially for weekends and peak seasons. We recommend 4–8 weeks’ notice for private or large events.

Do you offer set/group menus?

Yes! We have set and sharing menus perfect for groups, parties, and corporate gatherings.

Can you help organise bespoke themes or special requests for my event?

Absolutely! Our events team loves bringing your vision to life—whether it’s a particular theme, decor style, entertainment, or unique menu requests. Just let us know your ideas when booking and we’ll work together to create a memorable event tailored to you.

Payments & Policies

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, debit and credit cards, contactless payments, and Apple/Google Pay.

Do you take a deposit for bookings/events?

A small deposit may be required for large group bookings and private event reservations—our team will confirm when booking.

Is there a cancellation fee?

We never want to charge, but late cancellations for large parties or events may incur a fee. Please give us as much notice as possible.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes! Gift vouchers are available—treat friends, family, or colleagues to a Plates experience. Ask in-restaurant or email us.

Can I split the bill or pay separately for my table?

Yes, we’re happy to accommodate split bills and separate payments for your group. Just let your server know how you’d like to settle the bill, and we’ll make it easy for everyone.
